Charlton is currently completing a dual degree in Engineering and Economics at The University of Queensland. He brings hands-on industry experience from the oil and gas sector, where he was involved in manufacturing gauges and compiling and analysing data within spreadsheets to support operational outcomes.

Outside of work, Charlton enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing rugby and golf, and making the most of opportunities to travel, ski and fish.
