He has successfully managed a wide range of complex infrastructure projects, portfolios, and construction sites across both metropolitan and regional areas for private and public organisations, working with local, national, and international contractors. Tom excels at balancing competing project deliverables, ensuring timely and cost effective project completion while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending quality time with his family and supporting their involvement in sports such as gymnastics, touch football, rugby union and rugby league.
