Challenges
LANDY Developments navigated significant wet weather delays—resulting in approximately 40% lost time—managed the discovery of uncontrolled fill post-commencement, undertook heavy compaction works before scope delivery could begin, and coordinated closely with multiple subcontractors across water, sewer, and electrical services.
Overall Outcomes
LANDY Developments strengthened its relationship with a new and growing client, enhanced its reputation within South East Queensland’s industrial and commercial sector, and expanded its presence on the Gold Coast. Despite environmental and logistical setbacks, the team successfully delivered the project, with completion expected by the end of August.
