LANDY was founded in 2021 by industry professionals David Lightfoot and Josh Yates, the ‘L’ and ‘Y’ that shaped the name and the values that drive the business.

With over 20 years each in the construction industry, they saw the need for a new kind of business: one that prioritised people, collaboration, and doing things the right way. Together, they built LANDY to offer trusted expertise across advisory, delivery and commercial management, without silos or shortcuts.
