CHARTER HALL – CULYA STREET

What we did

  • Conducted over 85,000m³ of bulk earthworks to prepare the site for industrial development, effectively managing extensive soft soils.
  • Delivered value engineering solutions for the retaining wall and earthworks formation interfaces, collaborating closely with the client’s design team.
  • Completed the scope of works ahead of schedule and within budgetary constraints.

Overall Outcomes

Over ~85,000m3 of bulk earthworks (excavate to spoil) was required to prepare the earthworks pad for industrial development. Extensive soft soils were encountered and successfully managed by the LANDY Team.

LANDY provided value engineering solutions in relation to the retaining wall and earthworks formation interfaces which were workshopped with the client’s design team. LANDY completed the nominated scope of works ahead of schedule and within commercial constraints.
