- Established a comprehensive construction program to complete supported by detailed temporary traffic management (TTM) solutions for implementation onsite
- Revised the forecast cost to complete across all cost codes
- Head contract and commercial claims management
- Site supervision of civil construction, subcontractors and client-supplied trades
