Outcomes:
LANDY considerably increased brand awareness with builders, architects and developers across the Gold Coast building sector, generating a notable influx of new Request for Proposal opportunities.
LANDY assisted with win strategies to secure detailed design contracts for structural and civil scopes and successfully led impactful capability presentations to key clients and industry partners.
In addition, LANDY supported the creation of a new bespoke Building Capability Statement and orchestrated and implemented a client event amplifying brand visibility and building new business relationships.
