Della is a lawyer who brings 17 years of experience in multiple construction disciplines – mining, renewables, civil, power, rail, water and infrastructure in a variety of roles, such as legal, commercial, bid management, contract management and dispute resolution. She has held national roles with Tier 1 companies with a full- spectrum focus on front and back-end construction, specialising in negotiations and major projects. Della has a broad exposure to contracting models and contracts in both the public and private sector, whilst ensuring maintaining key relationships as a focus. She is outcome and solutions driven and takes pride in her work.
When she is not busy managing risk, you can find Della cooking up a storm in her kitchen, playing her piano or spending quality time with her daughter.
