Outcomes: 

This project involved a turnkey Design and Construction package from Development Application (DA) approval through to completion for a 2.9 hectare industrial site in Pinkenba. 

Works included demolition, clearing and grubbing, foundation remediation, bulk earthworks cut to fill, extensive material import, construction of a major long-term bioretention basin, internal roadworks, external road widening, stormwater upgrades and fencing. LANDY managed multiple design iterations and DA resubmissions throughout this process. Due to the experienced team, LANDY achieved significant design and cost savings for the client.
