  • Delivered the full civil package for the industrial development post-demolition.
  • Recycled concrete from demolition and managed ~40,000m³ of contaminated land.
  • Executed ~65,000m³ of bulk earthworks, including roads, services, and retaining walls.

Outcomes: 

After successfully delivering the demolition package, LANDY were engaged to deliver the full civil package of works for this industrial development. 

Works included the crushing and processing of concrete from the demolished buildings which was re-incorporated into civil works, clearing and grubbing, ~40,000m3 of contaminated land management, ~65,000 of bulk earthworks import and trimming of building pads, sewer and stormwater, car parks and external roads, installation of all services, internal roadworks, retaining walls and concrete structures.
