WHO WE ARE
LANDY was established in 2021 by the collaborative efforts of David Lightfoot and Josh Yates. They are the creative forces behind the ‘L’ and ‘Y’ in LANDY.
With over 20 years of experience each in the construction industry, they understand the pivotal role that strong collaboration and trust play in the success of any project. Often these fundamental principles can be overlooked and this realisation prompted David and Josh to establish LANDY. Their primary goal is to partner with clients to revolutionise the way things are done and ultimately achieve project success whilst emphasising the importance of having fun along the way.
We are a highly experienced and approachable multi-disciplined team specialising in project management and business advisory, civil works contracting and commercial and contract management services – which at all times puts your company’s aspirations, values and objectives at the foundation of everything we do.
